Dealers should stop supporting him and move onto other brands. If this happens it will hit his own hip pocket. But while people still buy his product he thinks his stunts are helping him market himself.
Without taking a position in any way the Dell’s personality, so I really wonder usa paramotor atmosphere. First of all, freedom of speech from the United States is totally something else than it is here in Europe. I can fly free just like an airplane and complete the same places, but do I need to complete the same training (I can fly with PPG over the capital, for example if I want.). And what will be dell events, does not seem to form any way to what is spoken of. This, too, jumping from the tower and the house from the roof to fly the beach there is nothing in what you have told the news and what you wonder. I think the fun small campaigns, which are not dangerous in any form to anyone.
I marvel at your U.S.A attitude and atmosphere.

What gives? You fly a flattop and now you post this garbage story. Watch the youtube video, he’s doing nothing unlawful. He actually demonstrates great skill in flying a paraglider. If Imp Beach wants to ban ultalights, big deal. They probably don’t like skaters on sidewalks either. I doubt anyone really cares except the people who dislike Dell. I imagine someone who doesn’t like Dell personally, brought the video to the attention of the city council and made some bogus complaints. If more people raise the BS flag and complain to city hall to repeal the ban then they will. They work for votes. The man is a character and seems to polarize people. He’s also a salesman, so once you recognize that and get past it you’ll be able to see that he is very good at flying and teaching. At least he appears to be on every video I’ve seen. Very dissapointed to see the perpetuation of Dell bashing on this website. Obviously you’ve had a falling out with him. What’s the story there.
Ryan, Dell has great flying skills – nothing to say about those. His judgement however is in serious need of work. Someone that claims to be the leader of our sport should know better and set a better example for all of us, not make us all look bad.
Also, if you are looking for a great instructor, there are plenty out there. Shane who used to work for Dell would be a great one- he now works for Superfly and from what I have heard, has learned a lot since being @ superfly. Byron Leisek is also another great guy to work with.
